INTRODUCTION:
The BXM-2212M1Y Laminator is a Semiautomatic solar module laminator. The lamination cycle is controlled by
PLC. The operator works the program through the touch-screen to control the cycle, and all the processing data
Will be show on the screen.

DESCRIPTION:
1. PLC + Touched screen control system;
2. All parameters are setup on the touch-screen;
3. The touch-screen display a diagram with all vacuum and temperature values;
4. Air pressure are adopted for the upper chamber drive system, ensuring smooth and Safe operation;
5. Adopt thermal Oil heating plate system, it provides uniform plate temperature Accuracy;
6. Conductive Oil heating station is separated with the machine;
7. Overheating sensor is attached for the heating plate and a Disconnection detector is mounted to the heater for the heating plate;
8. Special connecting system for that the Silicon Membrane can be changed within 30 minutes.
